My physiotherapist advised me to take a Pilates class 4 years ago. Following the advice of a friend, I booked my first class at a cute Pilates studio in Zurich. I immediately liked Sara and she motivated me right from the start. After that first lesson, I didn't want to know anything more about Pilates, my whole body ached and I cursed that moment. But at the same time I was fascinated by this sport and this trainer, who pushed me even more every lesson and brought me to my goal.
