I work with my clients using functional training and Pilates because this combination offers a versatile and adaptable approach to fitness. Functional training targets specific movement patterns, enhancing overall strength, flexibility, and coordination, while Pilates focuses on core strength, stability, and mind-body connection. Together, they provide a well-rounded regimen tailored to individual needs. Additionally, depending on clients’ goals, I integrate HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) to further enhance cardiovascular health and metabolic rate.
